For the date field, use the AfterUpdate event of the form to set the DefaultValue property as a text expression of the date value:
Me![Date].DefaultValue = "#" & Format(Me![Date].Value, "yyyy\/mm\/dd hh\:nn\:ss") & "#"
Similar for the other fields.
